Position Overview: We are looking for a Business Development (BD) executive for Savills Place service line (Branding, Marketing and Placemaking) to support in growing business with strategic partners in preparing proposals, pitch documents across Savills Place portfolio, and keeping track of the on-going, proposals, contracts and Savills Place service lines revenue reports on frequent basis. This is a key role in maintaining and growing business relationship with clients.

Typical clients we work with include international and local real estate developers, investment funds and multi-national enterprises etc. Types of projects we typically work on are residential (villas/township/apartments), retail, office, industrial park.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Assist in preparation of pitch presentation/documents, develop/ prepare proposals to prospective clients and meet
  • Keep track of department’s weekly BD report and revenue report on frequent basis
  • Work with other business lines to identify potential targets
  • Arrange prospective meetings with clients
  • Follow up after meetings (internally or externally) by taking meeting minutes and processing tasks/proposals etc accordingly as discussed
  • Work with clients (developers, sub-contractors) to collect accounts payable upon signing contract
  • Customer Relationship Management - Maintain and update database (meetings/ contacts)
  • Team-up with Savills Place’s accounts team in preparing marketing documents where required (EDMs/ mail merge/ marketing initiatives for the Department, contents for personal post on LinkedIn)
  • Other paperwork when required

Qualifications and backgrounds:

    • Fresh graduates or at early-stage career who is a caliber, dynamic and ambitious individuals
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Branding (Preferred), Economics, Business Administration, marketing or relevant
    • Motivated to work in a dynamic environment
    • Excellent English and Vietnamese written communication
    • Challenged to work with higher levels and any nationalities
    • Able to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail
    • Well-presented and socialized
    • High sense of responsibility
    • Basic knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel
    • Dynamic: energetic to put yourself in forefront challenge and enjoying doing it.
